    My ring fit perfect- but my husbands was WAY to big- we must have measured it to “loose”. Anyway- the rings arrived and looked amazing- beautiful! When I contacted customer service they were very prompt in their reply and gave simple clear instructions on how to move forward. Amazing customer service, great quality rings- I am very glad we chose Knot Theory after looking at all the options out there- great company!

    I needed my rings in a short period of time. The customer service was exceptional and I received email responses quickly. The rings came in time- Yay! Unfortunately one of the rings was the wrong size. Again, customer service was very helpful and got a new ring to me in short order! The rings are super comfortable. I don't even know I am wearing it. Excellent product and customer service! Will be recommending to everyone 😀
