What if I’m between sizes?
Our silicone rings come in whole ring sizes only, because the flexible silicone rings are more “forgiving” and half sizes are not needed. If you are in-between sizes, we recommend sizing down!
Are comfort fit rings sized differently?
We are very excited to be the only brand to offer comfort fit silicone rings! Comfort fit rings offer more comfort and breathability, because of the curves inner surface. Whether it’s a metal or silicone comfort fit ring, size down by 1 size. If you are a size 10, choose size 9 rings. If you are a size 10.5, choose size 9 or 10.

What is the warranty on my ring?
Knot Theory offers a perfect fit warranty and a one time forever warranty. Some brands offer lifetime warranty, however they charge extra even for finding the right fit. Here at Knot Theory, you get the perfect fit without paying extra.
How long will my ring last?
Your ring can last from 6 months to 2 years, even longer, depends on many factors. More activities and abrasion tend to wear out the rings faster.
Can I engrave my rings?

When will I get my order?
Silicone rings usually arrive in 3 to 4 business days.
Bow ties usually arrive in 1 to 2 business days in B.C., 3 to 5 business days for rest of Canada.

Note that the standard shipping method does not have a tracking number, and there is no guarantee on the exact delivery date.
Expedited US orders usually arrive in 1 to 3 business days. If you need your order by a certain date, it's best to contact us before placing an order, so we can make sure it arrives in time!
If you are in a rush, you can place an order with us and write in the comment the date you need the order by. We will only ship your item if it can make it to you in time!
Can I have a custom bow tie made?
Yes! We can customize the length and color-ways for your bow tie at no extra charge.
For wing tip collar shirts that expose the entire bow tie, we can also remove the bow tie hardware. Just leave us a comment at check out, including your neck size.
If you want a custom design for a special occasion, we can do it too!

What is your return policy?
On your first ring with us, if you have concerns regarding fit, just let us know. We’ll make sure you get the perfect fit without paying extra for orders in Canada and USA. For international orders, there will be a charge for shipping the replacement ring.
We offer a one time, any time warranty on all Knot Theory silicone rings. If ever your ring breaks, or stretches, feel free to reach us through our "Contact Us" page with your original order number for your forever warranty, no matter how long it has been.
Once your order has been marked "delivered", we allow up to 60 days for returns and exchanges without a restocking fee, but please be informed that you are responsible for the full return postage which should be less than $2 for orders in Canada and the USA. And for international orders, the full return postage varies depending on your country. You can contact your local post for more information. You will also shoulder the shipment fee for the replacement ring which should be the same as the shipping for your initial ring. However, once the given time window has passed, we can no longer offer you a return or exchange.
Bow ties and Scarves
Once your order has been marked "delivered", we allow up to 14 days for returns and exchanges. The product should be in brand new condition to receive a full refund minus a 12% restocking fee. If the item is not in brand new condition, we may withhold a full refund or provide a partial refund minus a 12% restocking fee.
Custom bow tie orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges, since they are one-offs made to your request. You'll receive one free size adjustment if needed and we will pay for the shipping. After that, we will charge $15 per adjustment and you will pay for shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
