Silicone rings are very comfortable. The blue and red metallic are exactly like the website picture. Unfortunately, we ordered the blue metallic too large. Knot theory quickly responded to my email. We are waiting for the replacement. Very very happy with purchase.
My ring fit perfect- but my husbands was WAY to big- we must have measured it to “loose”. Anyway- the rings arrived and looked amazing- beautiful! When I contacted customer service they were very prompt in their reply and gave simple clear instructions on how to move forward. I needed my rings in a short period of time. The customer service was exceptional and I received email responses quickly. The rings came in time- Yay! Unfortunately one of the rings was the wrong size. Again, customer service was very helpful and got a new ring to me in short order! The rings are super comfortable. I don't even know I am wearing it. Excellent product and customer service! Will be recommending to everyone 😀
