Take 2 minutes to find your silicone ring size!

A great fit means all-day comfort — snug enough to stay in place, but with just the right breathing room. Use any of the methods below to find your ideal size.

✅ Note: Silicone rings often fit 0.5 to 1 size smaller than metal rings. They flex, contour to your finger, and stretch over your knuckles — so don’t be surprised if your perfect fit is a little different from your metal band.

For example: If you’re between sizes, such as 9.5, we recommend sizing down to a 9. If you are a size 9, stick to size 9.

🔗 Jump to a Method:

Method 1: Paper or String (No Printer Needed)

  1. Cut a strip of paper or grab a piece of string.
  2. Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger you’ll wear your ring on.
  3. Mark where the paper or string overlaps.
  4. Measure the length from the end to the mark using a ruler.
  5. Use the chart below to convert the circumference (mm or inch) into your US ring size.

Method 2: Print Our Ring Sizer

  1. Download and print our Ring Sizing Tool (make sure scaling is set to 100%).
  2. Cut out the tool and follow the instructions to measure your finger.

📌 Tip: Double-check the printout scale with a ruler to ensure accuracy.

Method 3: Use a Ring Sizer App

There are free apps that let you:

  • Place an existing ring on the screen to check its size.
  • Or place your finger on a sizing guide displayed on the screen.

Search your app store for “Ring Sizer” apps and follow the app instructions.

Method 4: Use an Existing Ring

Already have a ring that fits the same finger?

  1. Measure the inner diameter in mm, and reference the chart below.
  2. Or, print out this chart and place your ring on the circle that best matches your ring's inside circle.

Method 5: Visit a Jeweller

Any local jeweller can size your finger for free — it’s fast and reliable.
Just let them know you're sizing for a silicone ring, which often runs half a size smaller than metal rings.

Bonus: Just Eyeball It

If you’re gifting a ring or don’t have tools handy:

  • Compare with a similar person's hand size.
  • Guess conservatively — silicone rings are flexible, so being slightly snug is usually okay.
  • Basic guide: The most common ring size for women is Size 7 (Medium), and the most common ring size for men are Sizes 9 and 10 (Medium).
  • And don’t worry — our Perfect Fit Guarantee has you covered.
