What if I’m between sizes?

Is my silicone ring size the same as my metal ring size?
Not always! Silicone rings can wrap comfortably snug around your finger, and can roll over your knuckles, so sometimes a smaller size (than your metal ring) fits better. We recommend measuring to be sure! If your metal ring size is half size, such as Size 9.5, we recommend Size 9.

When will I get my order?
If your order contains engraved rings (custom engraving or Knot Theory designs), then the ship time is stated at the top of our site.
If your order only contains non-engraved rings, then we usually ship within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times vary by region, but most orders arrive within 4–10 business days.

Can I get a custom design, size, style, or colour?
We can definitely engrave your silicone rings with custom text.
For custom engraving of a graphic, please send us your image in .png, .ai. or .svg format. We'll get back to you on whether it is doable. Simple graphics with thicker lines work best.
For custom ring design, size, style, and colours, we'll requirer larger quantities (>500 units).

Can I have a custom bow tie made?
Yes! We can customize the length and color-ways for your bow tie at no extra charge.
For wing tip collar shirts that expose the entire bow tie, we can also remove the bow tie hardware. Just leave us a comment at check out, including your neck size.
If you want a custom design for a special occasion, we can do it too!
