Your ring's longevity depends on how well you take care of it and your lifestyle. Frequent abrasion may wear out the rings faster. Please see How do I care for my silicone rings? in this section.

Here are some tips to help maximize the longevity of your silicone rings!

• Avoid pulling on the rings when you take them on and off. Rolling them onto your finger is better.
  
• Wash with mild soap and water
  
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures
  
• Avoid exposure to alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and oil-based cleaning products.
  
• Get a snug and comfortable fit. A loose ring can be exposed to more pulling.

• International:

2 to 3 weeks, plus occasional customs delay.

Note that the standard shipping method does not have a tracking number, and there is no guarantee on the exact delivery date.

Expedited shipping:

Expedited US orders usually arrive in 2 to 3 business days. If you need your order by a certain date, it's best to contact us before placing an order, so we can make sure it arrives in time!

If you are in a rush, you can place an order with us and write in the comment the date you need the order by. We will reach you by email, and only ship your item if it can make it to you in time!

Once your order has been marked "delivered", we allow up to 14 days for returns and exchanges. The product should be in brand new condition to receive a full refund minus a 12% restocking fee. If the item is not in brand-new condition, we may withhold a full refund or provide a partial refund minus a 12% restocking fee.

Custom bow tie orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges since they are one-offs made to your request. You'll receive one free size adjustment if needed, and we will pay for the shipping. After that, we will charge $15 per adjustment and you will pay for shipping.

If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong color or style, you will be able to exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.  

Yes, we can personalize your rings with custom engraving on the inside or outside or both! We can engrave all the way around the ring, up to 22 characters long.

Each ring is hand engraved with care in Canada. 

We can definitely engrave your silicone rings with custom text. 

For custom engraving of a graphic, please send us your image in .png, .ai. or .svg format. We'll get back to you on whether it is doable. Simple graphics with thicker lines work best.

For custom ring design, size, style, and colours, we'll requirer larger quantities (>500 units).

Yes! We can customize the length and color-ways for your bow tie at no extra charge.

For wing tip collar shirts that expose the entire bow tie, we can also remove the bow tie hardware. Just leave us a comment at check out, including your neck size.
