After nearly 30 years of wearing a gold wedding ring on my finger, my skin has decided it’s had enough, and the ring finger has suffered from eczema symptoms for a year or two now. I ordered a set of rings for my wedding ceremony but my husbands ended up being a little big even though we measured beforehand. When I emailed asking about my return options and stated I need a smaller size, I was told that they would send me another ring exactly like the one I ordered but in a smaller size for free! You really can’t beat that kind of customer service and it truly speaks to the companies faith in their products. We both love things are will buy more in the future!

Knot Theory has great customer service. Every time I have sent them a message someone has responded within 24 hours. They have answered every question and given real replies. They don’t seem to be a computer generated response. I received my ring and it was too big. When I reached out to them they immediately sent me an email on what to do to replace the wrong size. I would definitely recommend Knot Theory for all your rings.

I have deep Irish roots and I was so excited to be able to get a claddagh silicone ring for my husband and I. He is a mechanic so will only wear silicone rings. I want to match and I work in a warehouse so these are the best choices. They are so beautiful. The colors are so vibrant. I will order again.

I was shopping on Amazon. And then I saw their product, and have got interested. My husband wedding ring a bit tight, and him and I love to workout, and we both work at the environment that we both would be able to were ring on a daily basis, so I thought that its great idea to have silicon rings for our jobs and our lifestyle. It comfortable, and beautiful art, and well made. Great product. Absolutely love it.

Due to multiple factors, neither my husband or I could wear our original wedding rings anymore. Thanks to Knot Theory we have matching bands again that are lightweight, study, and can handle summer swelling. We love them! (Think of ordering more so my siblings and I have matching rings.)

Although delivery to the UK and communications weren't exactly same day, the ring itself is very good.

It looks good, a good fit and in my job its 100% safe; a fantastic substitute for my wedding ring, which I can't wear to work.
